As different as the answers on this topic are here, so are the bubbles we live in. None of us has a good overview of all social classes, so can only ever respond very subjectively. I would never want to claim otherwise about myself ;-)

I think so too... Especially also regionally dependent... Even here in the countryside, the clocks tick very differently than in the cities. You simply can’t compare them at all.

Nevertheless, I would always say that every person has their life in their own hands – including what they strive for in the future. There are certainly people who, despite enormous effort and a clear goal, are denied one thing or another, but for most, very many things in life are open. I don’t think much of complaining... Today's generation simply needs to DO much more than just think about it :)

So the prosperity is maintained here, but at the price of 2 incomes instead of one.

I think that absolute prosperity has increased, since people generally live in better equipped homes (technically speaking). However, this is due to more paid work, so relatively speaking, not much may have changed.

Or now the question is: Who has the biggest bubble!?
Because that one can best hold back or endure – point that out to the others? Or keep quiet the least.
Maybe we should just pause a little.

I don't think much of complaining.... The generation nowadays simply should DO much more than just think about it :)

In the immediate vicinity, there is also the young Berlin family who wanted to move from the small 3-room apartment to a house for over 5 years, declined 4 houses even though they had first access. Now it has become too expensive, meanwhile renting the 4-room apartment, complaining about the high rent. Others took the houses with open arms.

Yes, I know a family like that too. They complain about the too small apartment, but don't take advantage of various opportunities for houses. For example, they found an interesting house and then waited another two weeks before calling. Oh wonder... the house was already gone. Learned something from it? No.
