Neither the state nor the bank are welfare providers. You are familiar with the principle of taxes and why they have to be levied, right? And if I default on the bank, I have to live with the fact that it all goes down the drain. Just think about what kind of a scene you would make (or maybe already are making) if you don’t get what was agreed upon. Maybe socialism is more your thing.

I don't know where you live in the Rhein-Sieg district, but paying 100,000 euros 10-15 years ago belongs in a fairy tale world or would have required further investments. Maybe the buyers only had to borrow 100,000 euros because they had enough equity. And don’t tell me otherwise, my parents have lived in the Rhein-Sieg district for 40 years.

And how even €500,000 can be financed until retirement with your income, I showed you about 20 pages ago.

Such whining, grumbling, and badmouthing really annoys me.

Banks bear no risks, because in extreme cases they are simply bailed out with taxpayer money anyway.
Besides, I only know cases where people couldn’t get out fast enough to defend themselves against a loan from the bank.

What was actually your original goal here? The title of the thread had actually said it all. Did you want to find [Mitstreiter], who would overthrow the system with you? Or just get confirmation for your attitude? Advice to solve your problem couldn't have been it. Because that exists here by the page. Or did you just want to vent your frustration a bit.
