Home financing ever possible? Probably not!

You can. Of course you can, but what you can do you don't want to.
I also can't buy a villa in Los Angeles, but I don't cry about politics and immigrants because of it.
How someone can claim others are "privileged" while overlooking their own privilege with a net income of 5200k exceeds my understanding.

One of those threads where I'm torn between trolling or genuinely so blinded. We'll probably never know.

Well, then list which level of benefits is denied to you and which groups actually have them. Homeownership is far too general, as many have already written here in the thread, there are indeed adequate offers in the Rhein-Sieg district.

Today, to the very day, I have been in Germany for 33 years. Back then, my parents crossed the border with three suitcases and two children in tow, and when we arrived in Germany, we initially had debts amounting to 20,000 marks. They put me in a secondary school at that time. But I completed my vocational training through a second educational path, became a technician, bought my own condominium alone at 24, and built a house at 34. You are the typical group of people who are partly to blame for our current situation. Always wanting everything immediately, and if it doesn’t work out, rolling on the floor crying like a toddler. And during a crisis, hoarding toilet paper. I hope you recognize yourself.

I would also like a lot of things. I probably could have even afforded more instead of being content with my modest semi-detached house of about 135m², of which I only use 65m² myself. But the average square meter consumption per person is somewhere around 40m² in Germany; so I’m luxuriously equipped. However, I haven’t taken a vacation for 3 years, done a lot of work myself, really to the point of physical exhaustion at times. Equity almost zero, I received 10K as a gift from my parents, which I couldn’t refuse—equity = 0 because from the moment I earned more, I gave away a large part of my "excess" money. I always only hear whining, you keep complaining, you are incapable of any self-reflection. Unfortunately, you are not in your usual bubble in this forum where your opinion is echoed. Apparently, you cannot really and fully read and understand the posts here either. Probably no one can help you here. But let’s give it a try, everyone deserves at least a second chance (But beware: My ex is from abroad, I even dragged her here with three children! I react quite allergically to racism, which I definitely recognize!) Provide the requested data such as equity, current living costs, etc. Keep a household budget (oh how exhausting) and tell me what is left monthly, what kind of property you imagine, and where it should preferably be located. You (or you all) can be helped if you get out of your victim role and contribute soberly and neutrally. Best regards Burkhard

The first step is always to be content with what you have. Especially when you are quite high up in terms of income.

Travel can be extremely helpful for this, by the way. I have been to China, South Africa, Argentina for work, but even in [Tschechien] you can already notice how well off we actually are here.

So I'll summarize again:
An apparently Aryan mid-30s couple, who have so far produced no offspring for the German state and have a monthly net income of €5200, want immigration to be stopped so that the state (that is, all of us taxpayers) can support their dream home.

How Germany will look in the future without foreigners and without children seems to play no role. Or can immigrants, after acquiring their own home, still be supported again so that someone can wipe your a** in old age?!
Exactly my kind of humor.
