Eco needs the least water, but uses the most electricity (or the other way around?) Anyway, stupid... we usually run standard, occasionally intensive when there is no plastic. Miele.

It is supposed to accumulate more fat/protection/dirt/whatever. Actually makes sense, since less water and lower temperature are used.

Whether that really matters, no idea.

I have now taken a closer look: The house could rather use about a meter more in width and then one meter less in length. That way, you don't have the disproportionately deep living area nor the missing meter to have living and dining side by side. Unfortunately, the planning constantly used 10.50 and did not consider this possibility. Then I would also, because the regular stair users are halved here, set the walking width to 90 cm (not 100) and, as already mentioned, have a spiral at the bottom. And then: has anyone noticed that 3 toilets for 4 people is absolutely excessive? Guests can, if necessary, also climb a staircase (party room builders plan that way too), but I would simply plan the ground floor bathroom without a toilet, instead with a frosted glass sliding door to the guest WC. Such a thing can be elegantly solved and saves a few square meters. And since you don't have many guests every day, you can then close the connecting door on the few days when you do.

Sure. But Frank has to have it (in the sense of both). I would completely remove the bathroom downstairs and use the space wisely. But it’s not my money and his house.

Then please draw your optimal variant!

I’ll also summarize now:

Walk-in closet moved into the hallway = the question, why? I would want to go from the walk-in closet directly into the bathroom, not through the hallway! Then there’s one access to the bathroom... the next one, you fell in love with it and got stuck... the next one... swap kitchen and living area... the next one... then you hear the sounds of the dishwasher... the next one... utility room upstairs, wash there and access to the terrace... the next one... I’m missing a garden access so laundry can be hung there... and so on and so forth... Slowly this is turning into some kind of comedy here!

Do you even realize what has been going on here for 46 pages??? Some really want to help but everyone???

For every variant, no matter who it’s from, there are X different opinions, preferences, and tastes. If we were all the same, there would only be one type of house and one layout!
