On the last pages I showed 3 variants. No. 2 is currently our favorite. Open are optimizations in the ground floor and upper floor because of the balcony. That is the current status!
And to make it clear again, nothing into the slope or anything like that. You have a completely normal ground floor!?
Really difficult to get information out of you... what about the development plan requirements etc?

Guys, building into the slope hasn’t been an issue since about page 14 or so. For many pages now, it’s only been about a completely normal single-family house (hence the 3 variants) that is calculated with an average of 1.4m because of the single-story construction.

Yeah, and you apparently have no interest in other suggestions. No answers are given to questions about the development plan.
So it remains as stated, and various notes have already been made about it.
I am still in favor of a bungalow with an expanded attic
Roof slopes are not a problem.
Children's area upstairs, parents and living area downstairs
Complying with the development plan without compromising.
The roof terrace is not free of charge either.
The money invested in 3 or 4 sqm more living space on the ground floor
