Floor plan design single-family house 150 sqm - tips for improvement?

Did the set-back floor actually come about because you hate slopes or were there other reasons? Why was a normal gable roof house not an option now?

As I said, originally we always wanted an urban villa, hence the shape. Yes, it's a matter of taste. Why voluntarily incorporate slopes if it works?

There are many reasons for a gable roof or a "slant." For example, if used cleverly, you can generate more floor space without reaching a full story.

On the last pages I presented 3 variants. No. 2 is currently our favorite. Optimizations in the ground floor and upper floor regarding the balcony are still open. That is the current status!
