Why are you even discussing the plan? Do your thing, no matter what the others babble.

What a team. Mr. "Clueless" and Mr. "Streetwise" agree. Nothing more to say except good luck!

Eene, meene, Miste... You are the one who benefits from the brainstorming! Or what is this here? A forum! Please delete everything and insert your first suggestion from page 1 - one must not forget their roots, otherwise it can quickly turn into arrogance.

Well, here we are again, back where we once were. When the arguments run out and you summarize what has happened here over 46 pages, it goes below the belt! Sad, Kaho!!!

One should also question oneself whether my statements are true or not! One suggestion, X different opinions and none is the right one, no matter for whom! Here, the correct dishwasher was discussed for dozens of pages! Apparently, there is no perfect one, but everyone thinks theirs is the best!

And what does that have to do with arrogance? It is "unfortunately" only a statement that it is difficult to reach the desired goal here!

And that we of course also took away positives here is beyond question, and I have thanked the appropriate persons for that!

Certainly, I made the mistake of thinking to reach our goal faster with the help and experience of others. But that can only work if "both sides" are willing to compromise. Here it is then said "too entrenched" just because when building a new house one naturally also wants to implement personal wishes and ideas, which is completely normal!

Anyway, I would like to thank once again everyone who helped us move forward! THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!

Regards, Frank

I had my floor plan evaluated here as well, and there were suggestions that I also did not want to implement. For example, I was supposed to swap the living room and kitchen. I didn’t want to because I didn’t want to stumble directly into the kitchen from the hallway. There are good reasons why those involved make exactly these suggestions here. But if you don’t like it, then that’s just how it is.

So everything is legitimate so far. You pay, so all good.

Now that the matter is settled and the planning is done, how much is this fun supposed to cost? I won’t comment on it either. We all know the amount you started from in your very first post, so the development would be interesting.

: I stand by my word and will inform you as soon as I have the exact planned costs. The BU knows our max. budget including incidental construction costs as well as retaining walls and terrain adjustments. So far, we have always stayed below that in the offers.
