Lol... no, not the kitchen to the upper floor but upwards on the draft!

Currently 3m. In total there are 10 elements. Could also add another element there... have to see!

And... is the version now this good (better than the old one) or does anyone still have improvement or optimization suggestions?

I would not like that in a house of almost 150sqm, the living-dining-and kitchen area is only 37sqm. When the children have moved out, you have so many rooms and bathrooms but the living room is still small. I would rather plan a house where you can remove a wall and later enlarge the living area. A few years pass quickly and then the children have moved out and the house no longer fits at all.

Best regards

I would strongly recommend using a sliding door for the door to the kitchen.... the drawn door seems rather impractical to me. I have planned a double-leaf sliding door.

I would definitely not plan the hallway narrower than 2.2m. The staircase needs about 100cm, leaving 120cm, but plaster also has to be subtracted from that...

I would like to plan the kitchen width at 3.70m, so that 3x60cm tall cabinets and 2x90cm cabinets with the cooktop centered above fit, plus 5 cm panels each (and don’t forget to subtract plaster). If the TV wall is not supposed to be shorter (in my plan it is 3.5m), then the house must be made bigger on the left.

I have largely left the entrance area as you had it, with the exception of the bedroom, to which I gave a width of 3.5m because 3.36m (as in your plan) is really little. Because realistically a bed with frame is about 1.90m, then it needs at least 90cm on the entrance side because of the door radius, leaving only 56cm, and that is absolutely no good. So I just added the 15cm so that at least 70cm remain at the back.

I would advise you to take two steps back, this simply won't work. You will soon have 30m² just for the hallway, sorry but that is complete nonsense. Here, it is just hesitating around, you won't get anywhere like that.
