Where is the completed questionnaire, and where is the garden access from the living area?
Where is there even an access to the garden?

... question catalog
.. think about it ... so we are supposed to rethink and rewrite everything because YOU think it would be easier to create a new thread but not to write the basic information there again.

And yes, garden access would interest me as well.

So in the preliminary draft there is indeed a garden access in the basement living area.

And no, I don't think that way! I will post the basic information here again shortly, that goes without saying!

House Design

[*]Who is responsible for the planning: Architect from the general contractor
[*]What do you particularly like? We want to position the house as far up by the street as possible. Preferably the parking spaces to the right, because of the possible boundary development there.
[*]What do you not like? Why? Positioning the house too low because of the slope. Because of the view!
[*]Preferred heating technology: Air heat pump or horizontal trench collectors
[*]If you have to do without, which details/expansions can you do without: Sauna in the bathroom, carport
[*]Why has the design turned out the way it is now?: Design from the planner
[*]Which corresponding/which wishes were implemented by the architect? So far my own plan has only been adopted 1 to 1.
[*]What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes? The division of the rooms is not yet fitting.
[*]What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters? We would like to manage with 140-155 sqm living space distributed over a residential basement and a ground floor. How can our wishes be integrated into the floor plan?

And once again the preliminary draft, so that everything is together:

Starting from the last draft

You have a lot of hallway space on both floors. That needs to be reduced. Possibly a different staircase and staircase position
Pantry on the upper floor gone (is just a leftover piece due to staircase position)
You have 2 large bathrooms. I would reduce one bathroom.

I am not a floor plan designer but a few square meters can be saved without loss
