if you position the door to the wc on the left side of the room, you might still be able to attach coat hooks or something for jackets on the right exterior wall or place a small shoe rack

.. that probably won't help because it causes problems with the hand wash basin.

However, one could arrange the bathroom more cleverly and install a toilet, somewhat separated from the bathroom (with a sliding door) and accessible from the hallway. However, one would have to do without the T-solution. But it would gain a coat corner in the hallway.

I actually find this one among the least successful of all. If you open the door to the kitchen, you can no longer go up the stairs or you get the stairs right in your face when you come down - bam! That would be a real planning mistake. In addition, the hallway here is huge considering the already tight rooms.

To at least fix the planning mistakes, I would move the sleeping area and shift the stairs to the other side. The front door would need to be mirrored accordingly. The upper floor would then need to be redone, which I am less strict about. It could then be similar to #234, which I would actually prefer for the kids anyway (both facing south).

Or do you absolutely need the abbe corner for the smokers in the garden? They would now have to move to the other side in front of the door - I would find that appropriate.
Or you cancel the abbe corner and treat yourself to a bit more bedroom space.

Bedroom in front of the kitchen. Oh man. When the dishwasher is running, you hear everything. It's the same wall. Ah Franky...

One could swap bedroom and bathroom for more quiet.
