Just doesn't appeal to me/us, sorry! I just wanted to have a "buffer" between the master bedroom and the bathroom with the dressing room because of noise. In your version, on one side the TV from the living room is on the wall and on the other side is the bathroom. The living/dining area then becomes very long and narrow.... As I said, like everything in life, it's all a matter of taste and as you can see here in the thread, there are completely different opinions!

Kaho's version with the carport on the other side is also better liked by me/us and is now the favorite!

Alright: as proof of my lack of drawing talent, I have once tinkered around myself – mind you, without incorporating my battlement variant, hence only with a symbolic single support under the foot purlin of the (except for the solar modules) "uncovered shed roof" – just to show the roof shape:

don’t you watch TV at the same time? Or do the children watch TV when you are already in bed? besides, in your 4a version the bedroom borders the living room exactly the same??? Just because the headboard is not directly on the same wall doesn’t mean you will hear much less from the TV there....

How about this:

EG
The hallway has become a bit wider.
I removed the offset.
Utility room now only accessible through the hallway, but with more kitchen cabinets so that no supplies need to be stored in the utility room anymore.
The TV is no longer mounted on the bedroom wall.
The sofa could also be oriented with its back to the room again.
Area 101.45 m²

OG:
Largely remained the same
Area: 58.71 m² (of course still expandable in width if the single-story concept is still feasible, I’m not really sure about that)

Total area 160.16 m² (slightly larger, mainly in the EG)

I find this version definitely more interesting! But... the house is getting bigger and bigger! We originally wanted max. 140 sqm, now it’s 148 sqm, with your variant it would be 160 sqm. As I said, everything has to remain affordable.

I also find your bathroom variant with the T better solved than the current version from our architect!
