Floor plan design single-family house 150 sqm - tips for improvement?

The building volume has now become a bit simpler, which also saves costs

if the one-story concept fits, the house can certainly be shortened a bit in width, the master bathroom and bedroom can handle a few centimeters less

area on the ground floor now 97.74 m2 instead of 101.45 m²


means a total area of 156.45 m²

it might also be possible to go a little smaller. but it also depends a bit on how big your furniture will be (especially the sofa), how deep your washbasin should be, and which bathtub you choose.

It is an intense space program for the size, that must not be forgotten. We had, for example, removed the dressing room during the construction phase. The bedroom would have become a shoe box.

So, it really can't get any smaller, it's already getting tighter in the bathroom and in the kitchen as well (door moves aside), living room wall now only 3.6 m

Area now 94.13 m², total therefore 152.84 m²

In the last plan, the bedroom is 3.60 m wide, we have 3.8 and I find that rather spacious, 3.60 m is okay I think smaller it shouldn’t be though, when you are older you can maybe still tear down the wall of the dressing room to the bedroom so you can get through well with the wheelchair (when you are older you maybe don’t need that much clothing anymore (no idea^^)

Tell me, what kind of staircase is this? Which stairs and what dimensions does it have? The bathtub is supposed to be 1.80m long!
