One could, one could... One could also do without the last section of the hallway and add it to the open-plan area, swap the kitchen and living room (ok, the staircase would then just have to be curved at the bottom, which is not a disadvantage), make the parents' wing accessible from the living room, and so on. I don’t understand the purpose of the dressing room at all. Frank, a dressing room: fine and good if it fits and makes sense because of its location. The location basically fits here, but not at this size. The tiny room barely fits any cabinets; the front area (2-3 sqm) is hallway space. It would have to be about 3.8 meters deep here to have added value. Or more square, so you could have open closets arranged in a U-shape. Whether you’d like to walk through there, though, is another matter. You’re in love with this arrangement of bedroom, “dressing room,” bathroom, but you don’t see the downside. Of course, that means no other proposal fits for you. Now you have 19 sqm for the bedroom including cabinets, whereas others only need 13 sqm. I’m holding back a lot in this thread because I already noticed at the beginning that there’s a stubborn screw, but I wanted to get this off my chest once more.
