Of course, but building efficiently is something else. Bathrooms not stacked, utility room on the other side, resulting in long piping routes. Everything is not optimally designed due to an overly tight set of requirements.

Yes, the whole thing resembles, in my opinion, a hamster burrow with a hat. If I actually want a bungalow, then I build one.

One could, one could... One could also do without the last section of the hallway and add it to the open-plan area, swap the kitchen and living room (ok, the staircase would then just have to be curved at the bottom, which is not a disadvantage), make the parents' wing accessible from the living room, and so on. I don’t understand the purpose of the dressing room at all. Frank, a dressing room: fine and good if it fits and makes sense because of its location. The location basically fits here, but not at this size. The tiny room barely fits any cabinets; the front area (2-3 sqm) is hallway space. It would have to be about 3.8 meters deep here to have added value. Or more square, so you could have open closets arranged in a U-shape. Whether you’d like to walk through there, though, is another matter. You’re in love with this arrangement of bedroom, “dressing room,” bathroom, but you don’t see the downside. Of course, that means no other proposal fits for you. Now you have 19 sqm for the bedroom including cabinets, whereas others only need 13 sqm. I’m holding back a lot in this thread because I already noticed at the beginning that there’s a stubborn screw, but I wanted to get this off my chest once more.

Well, that breaks the heart. Hopefully the OP thinks of us every time the kitchen door slams against his skull. *dong*

what o.0 ? our dishwasher is so quiet that sometimes I don't know whether it's on or not (if it weren't for this little red light, we didn't pay attention to a quiet model).... with an open floor plan you should definitely pay attention to quiet appliances anyway!

Going around in circles somehow... we had this 20 pages ago. But if the OP has decided on the floor plan, then so be it... For my own peace of mind, I want to emphasize the last posts again! You are investing a lot of money here (I mean generally when building a house). It's clear that the budget is not infinite. It's also clear that there are wishes. But at some point, a point is reached where wishes don’t fit the budget, and you don’t really want to accept that. What is being built here is a floor plan (I’m only referring to the ground floor, I haven’t really looked at the upper floor) that is designed for 20 sqm more in terms of layout. So you definitely want: - Sleeping on the living level - Walk-in closet - Bathroom with T-solution - Utility room on this level - Separated staircase/hallway For that you accept: - Disproportionate sqm allocation hallway/living - Unfavorable positioning of sleeping/kitchen - Tight conditions everywhere - ... Do it that way, but believe me, there would be more "comfort" if you would let go of 1-2 fixed wishes that don’t fit in your budget/size ratio.
