Yes, there is a "preliminary draft." However, as already mentioned above, this is exactly the same as the one I created myself. The rest, carport, positioning of the house, etc., was done by the architect.

I like the basement worlds better, but not the ground floor.

A combination of both designs would be quite nice in my opinion: the basement from the preliminary draft and your ground floor, but instead of the [Technik / Hauswirtschaftsraum] place the bedroom on the living level. With well-thought-out kitchen planning, storing groceries will not be a problem either.
