9 x 6 m garage plus 50 sqm storage room? Including the features mentioned above, I would have said off the top of my head that this is not priced too high. That corresponds to about 340-350 €/sqm.

9x6 plus 50sqm storage room? Not quite clear. That would then be a huge wreck and a bargain for 35k with brick cladding. Even a normal brick-built double garage 6x9 with brick cladding is probably normal to rather good for the price. What about the electrical work? Included as well?

So it says in the offer:

17. Build garage with storage room approx. 50m²

17.01
Build garage
Strip foundations
Floor slab
Masonry
Facing
Interior plaster
Composite screed made of cement
Build flat roof and flat roof waterproofing
Supply and install 1 sectional door
Supply and install 2 side entrance doors and 1 window

I will still inquire about the electrical work, right, I had overlooked that!

Okay, so it's a standard garage with approximately 6x9. That means the storage room will probably be behind the cars and measure about 6x2. Is a partition wall planned? How large or wide is the sectional door? Company? Equipment (thermal insulation of the door, RAL colors, opening mechanism, remote controls)? One side entrance door probably opens to the outside and one to the house? Exterior door and window in the same color as the windows/front door of the house? But overall, the price sounds reasonable. What were you expecting?

Yes, as I said, I wasn't quite sure because different prices are circulating on the internet. So the price is okay? Then I feel better now.

Thanks for the hints about the mechanism, I'll ask about it right away.

I have various offers for a similar size, just without clinker and exterior door. I think your price is good. Think about what kind of electrical fittings you want and ask for the price on that. It might be cheaper with a prefabricated garage (if you want that). But I don't know how it looks then with the cladding. Internet prices should always be taken with caution. In forums, they are often older posts and you won't pay the same as 3-5 years ago. Or they are prefabricated garages and not built ones, or whatever...
