No, not really, everything distributes itself anyway. Still, I find my table not too big (probably one of the larger ones here) Family celebrations – with proper meals everyone sits comfortably at the table, 10 people, 12 is still possible, at 14 you hope the kids finally get up, from 12 onwards no wheelchair fits anymore Parties it spreads out – there are currently very few but yes, it almost disturbs for that For sewing a dream. Space for the machine, cutting and ironing. Perfect For work perfect. Space for laptop, brochures, pictures, flyers, technical drawings (I still often work from home in the evenings and at night) And yes, now and then the table is also used for eating. The sofa is hardly used by us. I was already thinking about putting it upstairs and setting up a large play area for the kids downstairs

Unfortunately, I couldn't tell from the plan how long the kitchen cabinet wall above the door is supposed to be. In any case, be careful that in the end you don't miss a few centimeters to place cabinets (door frame, etc.).

Is there anything to improve in the individual items? Is the price realistic for all of this?

Could someone maybe roughly tell me something about the costs for a prefabricated garage 9x6m? We are considering whether we should take something like that. The offer price incl. foundation, masonry and facing bricks, 2 doors, 1 window and a large electric roller shutter is 35k net. (expensive/normal/cheap)?

... would at least not be seamless, so I would rather go for one made of elements right away (Bimsfertigbau Hoffmann, no relation and no connection).

Brick facing, I would first wonder why: for a garage, facing bricks are enough, no need for double shell. I find roller doors nice, but in single-family homes they are exotic; sectional doors are more common here. That he and she drive out of the garage like synchronized swimmers is American movie kitsch. In reality, I recommend two single doors – I only accept the wide-mouth door as fitting in "Bauhaus style" at most.

Sorry, not a prefabricated garage but a 9x6 double garage built by the builder himself with the mentioned elements:

    [*]Flat roof
    [*]2 doors
    [*]1 window
    [*]1 sectional door
    [*]Clinker brick facade
    [*]incl. 50sqm storage room

Offer price: 35,000€ net

Is that realistic or too expensive? I don’t have a proper feeling for it because you can find prices of 25,000€ on the internet.

Facing bricks are also a good idea!
