if you want to have a smaller area, you have to make compromises at some point, you simply can't have luxury and build small at the same time

But I would be really disappointed with the architect, because she proposed it that way.

That's true, it's a lot of effort!

It's always like a curse! The three rooms (master bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom) have to stay together. If moved upstairs, it doesn’t fit with the single-story concept, downstairs it’s either too cramped or the area becomes so large (if everything is planned properly) that the house ends up being 160 sqm +++...

It's not about luxury, but if you're building anyway, everyone tries to realize their ideas as best as possible. A decent bathroom should be the basis, because you use it frequently and it should also serve for relaxation!

so I think the bathroom as I have planned it now is spacious enough, the shower niche is nice and large, a great washbasin fits in and also a nice bathtub...

it doesn’t always have to be the popular T shape (personally, I don’t really like that anyway)

I don’t mean the architect’s plan, but the plan you posted, maybe the staircase is just shifted there for you, but in the architect’s plan it’s definitely further away from the wall (in mine exactly the same), I estimate about 1.30 m, with you maybe only about 60 cm

And that's what I mean by matter of taste, because we find the T version modern and nice. It also offers great possibilities to set highlights in terms of later design!

Please don't take it the wrong way, okay?

... Please don't ALWAYS quote the entire text ... that is extremely annoying. If you refer to someone, just write to them like I am doing now.
