That will be someone who only has the role "Architect." Are you building with a BU, GÜ, or whatever they might be called?

Actually, it was planned that everything would run through the architect... he would get the approvals, take over construction supervision, well, something like that... but by now I have to say I'm starting to doubt.

I don't like your design: The totally convoluted bedroom. Where do you want to put a 2x2 meter bed there? There is no window in it? But the dressing room has a window? Just throw out the stupid dressing room and make a nice room out of it. Where is south on the plan? Where is north? The living room is very large, but access doors to other rooms (utility room) branch off from it? That will be a bit uncomfortable. Your bedroom is practically built into the hallway - you won't be able to sleep quietly there.

There are far too many missing details and information. Moving one wall is not enough. As Wastl already writes... Why do you dislike some floor plans found on the internet from many providers? A bungalow generally doesn’t offer much, unless the budget is not exactly huge - unless you have endless possibilities, also with the plot ratio or the size of the land itself. If 200 sqm can be built with a 400,000 budget, of course you have more options. Where are the limits in width/length, plot ratio, where should the driveway go, where is south...? What fundamental wishes do you have, how do you live, how old are the children, spacious rooms with large windows or rather everything compact and small? You can basically only tell from your floor plans that they were created without concept and knowledge. Planning a house is more than just lining up rooms and then creating recesses where no other door fits.

I don't like so many because the meiazen have a huge hallway and I don't want that... The house should be about 130m2 afterwards and the rooms should be enough for a household of 4 people. The shape of the floor plan as shown in the photos fits best with the plot. So about 13m long and 14m wide. North is where the bedroom and children's room are on our drawing.

... then consequently the living room is also oriented to the north in your case!

With 3 bedrooms on one level along with the living area, you can't do without a hallway if you want to grant each other privacy and intimacy. For that, you need a sleeping wing. You can avoid this by creating a parents' wing (from the living area) and further a children's wing, which is located closer to the entrance.

Other ideas on how to solve this can be found, for example, in the houses by Danwood, Danwood Cube 125 or Brave 176. Floor plans from other houses are often also suitable with different roof coverings.

Basically, I would first orient the living areas to the south or west...
