Ok, the living room needs to be bigger!

And the stairs? I would like a U-shaped staircase and everything positioned in the center (yellow area) or does anyone have another idea?

P.S.: Here you can also see all the numbers of the ground floor better!

To me, this draft seems as if someone tried to stuff a spatial program and a wishful idea of the "sculpture" of the building structure as dog and cat together into one sack. At one corner, figuratively, the house bites the carport (or the carport scratches the house).

In the end, to put it bluntly, there's blood in the shoe, the right bride is still at home.

There is news.... and we are finally making progress. Currently, it is coming down to one of the following two options, which I will present to you shortly. Please feel free to share your opinion on what should be improved and where.

THANK YOU!!!

so I find it uncomfortable to enter a house and immediately face a staircase.... don't know, it somehow feels unpleasant to me. Does it have to be a straight staircase? I think it always makes hallways feel narrow and tube-like and creates a lot of walking area that cannot be used well unless you really plan for a lot of space, and 1.09m (plaster still needs to be deducted, so more like 1.00m) is anything but generous. In the open plan area, everything somehow feels lost, too much empty space, and I don't like sitting with my back to the room (sofa). The upper floor is quite simple, only the bathroom design I don't find very appealing, the slalom around the sink and toilet to the shower should be fixed.

The hallway is not the problem with an open wooden staircase. The kitchen details don’t matter at this early stage anyway. Also, the bathroom layout doesn’t have to be finalized in detail yet. Only the position of the bathrooms has to be thought through for the outlet connections.

Basically, I find the room planning quite good. I would design the staircase accessible from the living room, whether open or closed then depends on taste. I imagine a mirrored open staircase when you come in as stupid. If the mirrored staircase is closed, it could feel oppressive.

Otherwise, I am curious about the price and what is included in the offer and what is not!
