Floor plan design single-family house 150 sqm - tips for improvement?

I took the trouble back then to list and compare all the positions of the respective providers in an Excel sheet. For example, if a multi-utility house entrance was missing in an offer,

Admittedly said a bit harshly: if the Earth were flat, I would consider Excel a sufficiently precise tool.

A listing/comparison of certain values and specifications has helped me keep track of the multitude of options. This gave me a rough direction and allowed me to better renegotiate missing services/specifications!

Everything is dragging on .... but since yesterday I have news! The architect has now decided on the 2-story option, as otherwise we cannot sensibly accommodate all the rooms.

Attached is the current status with a request for opinions and/or suggestions for improvement.
