The term is discussed with your financing bank when applying (before the start of construction).

So the term should probably already be fixed if you have already submitted the application.

Sorry, I just noticed that I made a typo, I meant of course the fixed interest period of the KFW loan.

Yes, terms, etc., we have discussed all that.

Best regards
Wurmi

The same applies to the fixed interest period. Currently, there are no 20 years.

I know there are only 10 years currently available and therefore my question is whether anyone knows how it will look in 2016 with an existing loan? Will anything change for us (is it possible to increase from 50k to 100k, can the term be changed or will everything simply remain as signed and nothing happens)

Regards Wurmi

From 01.04.2016 there will also be a variant with a 20-year fixed interest rate period. However, KfW will not change your already existing loan to a longer fixed interest rate period, especially since the conditions for this will also be different. According to my latest information, the loan amount can be increased upon request. However, since the KfW70 house will no longer be subsidized next year, I assume that this option will also no longer be available for your house.

hm... The page says: , but I can't find anything for the new status - am I blind now or is it not linked yet contrary to the announcement?

Speaking of linking - I am allowed to link to KfW already, right?

And on the subject: Do I understand correctly that the owner-occupied residential unit can be financed with 150k KfW if programs 153 and 124 are combined? So similarly, in a house with 3 residential units (one of them owner-occupied) then 350k (3x100k in program 153 [energy-efficient building] and once 50k in 124 [home ownership]), and thus almost the whole house?

And last question: does all of this still count as "freely financed", or is it already (but I haven't read this anywhere) considered publicly funded, with the corresponding rent limits for the rented apartments? Or is that only the case with the funding from, for example, WK Hamburg / IBSH or others?
