What is the dB level of your heat pump as specified by the manufacturer?

No funding, was not yet listed with Bafa back then and would have been very tight anyway. Yes, I am very satisfied. The heat pump is now available for purchase for 2500€. The annual performance factor is about 5 including hot water thanks to a lot of optimization and planning before construction. 1400kWh electricity per year. But this is individual depending on heating habits, location, etc.

I would assume an annual performance factor of 4.5 in new buildings if you avoid the typical planning mistakes.

Those are great values, how much area is heated at your place? I assumed a consumption of about 3000 kWh at our place... But 1400 would be amazing!

Yes, great values, better than expected.
155m2 Northern Germany, without a basement. Insulation between KfW55 and 40, controlled residential ventilation. We heat to 21°, hot water for 2.5 people, and the heating surfaces are planned with a maximum 28° flow temperature. With the photovoltaic system that we have only just installed, I expect 1000kWh of electricity to be purchased for heating.
