That's why it's so little. So that it's still affordable. I don't get the logic that I should spend more money now because I'll have higher burdens later with children. Or am I misunderstanding?

2.5m x 60 x 2.35 wardrobe isn't enough?

The kitchen is actually not an L. On the top of the plan there are really only tall cabinets. So no unit. But anyway, how would it be better?

I think I managed quite well, each child has a 1.5 x 2.35 x 60 wardrobe, a big shelf, bed and desk as well as play area. But yes, I don't like the layout myself either. But how can it be better?

Best regards

Is there also a cooktop in the kitchen?

Whether these are tall cupboards or the countertop, the distance in the kitchen is long. And it remains extremely narrow with chairs on which maybe someone is still sitting. Try it with a peninsula and the table turned.

Everything for 5 people must fit in the cupboard. Jackets, shoes, bags, hats. Alone 5 jackets, 5 pairs of shoes, scarves, hats, gloves for 5, 5 bags (school, daycare, work) lie ready to hand openly. Everything else must go. Storage space is hardly available, then the snow pants that next winter will pass from child 2 to 3 are hanging there.

100 euros more annuity monthly is easier to manage than sweating out an additional 10K. And 10K is not much for the outdoor area. The time will not increase either.

The door to the utility room will not fit under the stairs.

And, with 300 k quite low means rather that around 155 sqm for the price is already very ambitious. Currently, one calculates about 2200 euros/sqm.

I don’t find it nice at all. Everything is narrow and elongated. I think the planning is going in the wrong direction (access from the short side), so only elongated rooms result. The hallway is narrow and becomes a bottleneck with the wardrobe cabinet. The children’s rooms are only about half as large as the number suggests. I also don’t know: the utility room and guest WC have beautiful evening light in the summer. The way you talk down this side of the property, it is definitely not like that. I rather see the east here as unattractive. How do you envision the parking spaces? Parking at the front and then around the house? Why don’t you place the entrance next to the stairs in the NE and have short hallway routes and sensible room layouts? For example, utility room in the NE, guest in the SE, and the all-purpose room in an L-shape?

I don't find the entrance on the - viewed from the street - backside of the house so ideal. The postman will have to get used to it; if you order from the pizza delivery more often, it might get cold before the entrance is found. Other reasons - see above - also speak for placing the front door facing north, then you can make a better floor plan out of it.
