No ... that’s not possible at all. Irregular risers on stairs cause accidents.
And, at the stair exit you don’t have any extra space for another step either.
Ok. You mean on the upper floor? Yes, the first room door comes up quickly there. You could make the "starting leg" longer, there is still a bit of space on the ground and upper floor.
But if you are happy with 2.50m, the staircase will be shorter. For a small house, I think that's fine. But be careful, in larger rooms it can quickly feel cramped.
Well, I currently have 2.70m clear room height in the condominium and so far I would have said less is not possible. But we were at a show house park before the Corona restrictions tightened where two houses actually only had 2.50m clear room height, one of them with a huge open plan room, and it didn’t look cramped at all. We were surprised as well. So, it probably works if the consequence for higher ceilings would be that more area goes into the staircase...
The floor construction is probably still missing. We don’t know that yet because we (still) don’t know your planning. 25cm is usually the bare ceiling. What does the construction specification say about the thickness of the ceiling? Does it say anything at all about it?
Actually, he told me the floor construction during the planning meeting. Of course, I didn’t write it down. Why ceiling? On the ground floor? Only plaster goes on that, right? I’ll have a look in the construction specification...
