Yes, so the electrician writes that there was no position marked outside in the plan at all [need the smiley that hits himself with a hammer]. He also writes that the orientation is not so important because the heating technology can manage that. But why they went to the trouble of running the cable through the whole house he didn't explain to me. I'm curious to see what my heating technician will say about that.

In fact, the heating technician received the planning in advance and nothing was explicitly said about the outdoor position of the sensor. I suspect that, just like me, he tacitly assumed that the outdoor sensor is simply placed near the location where it ends inside.


A pity actually, I would need that here more often... (SCNR)

From what I have read, a return temperature controlled pump running time with an outdoor temperature controlled heating curve would be best if you want to manually adjust as little as possible. I'm curious to see what my heating technician will set up for me and what is even possible with my heat pump.
