Well, there it is now.

We still have a double-leaf gate from the existing building for the driveway (about 3.6m) and a single-leaf gate for pedestrians (about 1.2m) that we will install with the new fence to be built.

Side anecdote: The demolisher also made the construction road, now to the south, because then we won’t have any trouble with the lines in the north. He even received a drawing on the site plan from the site manager for this. Unfortunately, he did not stick to it. Then he tore down a fence post that was supposed to stay and did not tear down another one that was supposed to be removed according to the site manager’s drawing. Now the construction road is probably too close to the house (to mine, because of scaffolding) and too short (about 6m away from the neighbor’s house...). Though the second is also our oversight. There was a PE cistern in the way, which we forgot about when deciding to relocate the construction road. But why did he just do it without calling me?
Well, let’s see what the site manager says on Monday, he wants to check it on site (there is also a soil survey).
Maybe it will be enough, then the demolisher is lucky, otherwise he’ll have to go at it again. Regarding the cistern, we would then have to see if we can put it somewhere else.

Then I tried roughly measuring my house and came to the conclusion that my half is about 1m too short. I am curious about the surveyor.

First of all, best regards and have a nice weekend!

The construction road went up to 1m in front of the house for us, the cistern cannot remain under the construction road

So, the site manager has now spoken. He more or less accepted that the construction road is too short. The problem is that the construction road is too close to my house, or even cuts into a corner. The site manager even made a drawing on the site plan, which indicated the necessary position and dimensions with reference distances to all sides, and sent it to the demolition contractor as a plan for the construction road. The contractor is now taking the position that I gave different instructions and that he built a compromise solution. It is true that I had said I wished for a pillar to remain standing, but I always said that if the site manager said it had to go, it could go. Now I am a bit perplexed because I did not expect that from him. He always seemed so pragmatic and reliable to me. I also understand that he does not want to come back with his machines etc. without being paid extra, but there was clearly an instruction given via the drawing. Now I could of course come with a defect complaint etc., but is it even worth it? It is about demolishing a concrete pillar and moving an already existing construction road by about two meters on the first 5 meters. How much can something like that cost? What would you do now? Actually, I intended to give him other orders, but now I wonder if that is such a good idea. Suggestions?

tell him exactly that, If he does not rebuild and extend according to the drawing, there will be no follow-up orders

You can negotiate a lower price for the extension

It would have been your responsibility to clear up the points of conflict or to clarify your desired planning with the construction manager. As a contractor, I would now think "that was the last time I foolishly did customer service thinking if the client is also upset about it and gives a follow-up contract to someone else."
