Yes, that's probably what he will think now. But I really said that the site manager decides how it will be, and then it's okay for me if the pillar is removed. I had communicated this to both, the demolisher and the site manager.
I'm not even upset that it is wrong now, mistakes happen, but that despite very clear instructions with a drawing, the blame is still being put on me. I just don't understand that.

And placing a construction road over the future position of the house is only half customer-friendly anyway. The site plan was available...

What would be your recommendation to me for the next steps?

"That is the plan, but I would prefer it differently" is simply not a clear specification. Share the additional effort.

Ok, thanks for this perspective. Of course, I see it differently, especially because you reversed the order.
The guideline was: "If possible, then this way, but if the site manager says it can't be done that way, then as the site manager says."
So simultaneously, not first a plan came from the site manager and then I say afterwards, "maybe it could also be done differently?". For me, that’s pretty clear, but maybe too complicated. If there are conditions otherwise, even for some Excel users it’s not always easy to apply them correctly.

By the way, the site manager has known the demolisher for quite some time and now advised me to wait first. It could be that the demolisher pulls himself together again and just does it, but this time really in my interest.
Let’s see...

Update: The construction road has been corrected and so far no invoice has been received. I think/hope he has reconsidered. I suspect the site manager talked him into it well.

So, the soil surveyors were also on the property yesterday (can you actually still see the drilling points afterwards? I couldn’t find anything, but it was also dark when I was there). The result will be available next week.

Today the funding notification from the BAFA arrived and based on the amounts I can see that you have taken my subsequent inputs (missing VAT and incidental costs) into account. Then I am curious to see how things will proceed.

I wouldn't be surprised if the authorities still do not have any functional software to merge the processes from the system 2020(19) and the system 2020(16) *ROTFL*
