To the right of the plan. I can now quite well estimate it with the house, paving, and heat pump. It works, especially because, contrary to the very first plans, we have 4.50m distance at the top of the plan and 5m distance to the right of the plan. At the front, we only have 4.60m distance and wanted a fence for the dog, or rather, I want to have a small seating area in front of my office someday, which is why we didn't want to make an unofficial parking space there. Officially, we are not allowed to build anything permanent 5m towards the street in that area anyway – although this was already contradicted in the building permit because the house itself no longer stands 5m away. In fact, none of the neighbors stick to this rule either with their garden houses. I suspect it refers to the actual street. But there is always a kind of buffer parcel between the street and the private property all along the street. Well, anyway, we manage; if I ever have to sell, the buyer can certainly put their parking space in front. If I possibly manage to tamp down next spring, I can test with the Volvo how well it goes, I will then report.

No, rather very anxious to panicky when it gets tight and confusing. Driving backwards is always confusing, the driveway is definitely too narrow for her even going forwards.

What I mean is that the public road land consists of two rows of parcels. My idea was that the road lies on one row of parcels and there is another row between my house and exactly these parcels. But I checked again in online map data and the buffer parcels are exactly on the other side of the street. So no idea where the planning officer at the building authority got the 5 meters from back then, they certainly don’t seem mandatory. Or they refer to another line (e.g., paved or concreted road or something like that).

V70 I. So technically the last 850, but already with the newer 20V engine, which is supposedly indestructible (not true, it already broke, but had a clear reason and is running again). It doesn’t have level control, but has still served me well as a construction vehicle and even more as a travel vehicle.
