I recommend that you draw the entire living-dining-kitchen area to scale with your furniture. Unfortunately, I don't understand your kitchen changes, what does "peninsula narrower" mean?
Now attached as I imagine it. With real furniture dimensions – I don’t find it too cramped now...Furniture in the open space is very tight as drawn. I would wait for the changes you mentioned. Either way, it’s hardly possible to get through to the terrace doors. The dining table doesn’t even fit 5 chairs – simply no space.
I already asked about swapping the bathtub and washbasin. The washbasin could then move a little more into the corner so you don’t bump into it directly from the entrance. The bathroom is quite generous compared to the rest, which you actually don’t need. Still, you bump over the bathtub when entering.
It’s more like 2.40 as drawn, plus another 1.50 with 55 cm depth. That would be sufficient with 250 cm height.I find the 2m closet in the bedroom very little. Is that enough for you?
Hm, I’m not sure about the height yet. "Nose off" will be asked (since it’s a load-bearing wall thickness-wise. But the short section should probably be possible?) Thanks for the first suggestions. It doesn’t seem to be a total disaster now...? PS: I just realized, the cooktop in front of the window isn’t really smart, is it?On the ground floor, the wardrobe projections make the room oppressively small. Are there really supposed to be closets all the way to the ceiling? If not, at least leave out the “nose” facing the front door.
