that sounds like a plan, and your GU notices that you are curious, question everything, and also have expertise on your side with the [Bausparvertrag]. When is the [Bausparvertrag] planned to come to you?

The site manager is, to be honest, already somewhat annoyed with us. Apparently, he has already replied by email to my neighbor behind me (also regarding a number of questions about masonry), stating that this is not the first house they have built and that they already know how to do it... :(

My construction expert was actually supposed to come only after the intermediate ceiling as planned. Either he comes separately now, or the photos will suffice for him, as they are quite clear. Then he will probably draft an appropriate text. It would still be reasonable for me to dismantle it now...

But you already learned from playing with Lego that you don’t do it like that, right?

Certainly not. Small formats means NF, DF, or also 2DF – that is, the formats that were normal in the full-brick era and that today are practically only known from facing bricks. With the large formats, which correspond to almost three brick rows at once in relation to NF, small formats are hardly used anymore. Only where the structural engineer (e.g., at the junction of window reveals with beam supports) demands bricks with particularly high compressive strength, are small formats still used today due to weight considerations. In terms of frequency of use, they have thus become almost exotic.

Oh man, ey. Until now, I thought the craftsmen of my GÜ at least knew their stuff professionally. And now this. Fortunately noticed so early. Thanks again ! I'm curious to hear what my expert says.

Tomorrow we will have below zero continuously, and the night to Tuesday is supposed to be -7°C, so I suspect that construction will not continue...
