No no, I don't want to see them and they shouldn't see me. :P

Another one in landscape format. If the turning circle gets too tight, I would go 5m to the boundary at the bottom of the plan. Here, 4m are marked.
(The stairs are not a landing)

Hello, dear people!
I hope you are all doing well these days.
So, the tilt is unfortunately out again after the first planning meeting with the house builder. He (i.e., the managing director and our construction manager of the house building company with connections to the building authority) said that we most likely won't get approval for it. Although there is no development plan, the neighboring buildings are always aligned with the adjacent street/property boundary +/- 5°. Our tilt is more like 20-30°, and we won't get that approved.

So, back to parallel to the property boundaries. I found the last plan from pretty cool because it takes many of our wishes for the space into account. The only thing that still bothers me is that the entrance is not on the parking spot (possibly later a carport) side. Can you maybe work some magic here?

Then I have another question.
In the attached preliminary plan from the surveyor, you can see (circled in red) two existing shafts. The one closer to the street is a drinking water transfer shaft, the one further away is a well.
Is it somehow possible to make use of these with the planned house location? Or do they have to be demolished and redone?

Best regards, stay healthy!

Then he should explain the other angled houses to you. To be honest, I wouldn't arrange this with this guy, but with the building authority – provided you want that.

: He clarified that with his contact at the building authority. I actually find the tilt attractive despite initial concerns, but after the verbal clarification, a paid preliminary building inquiry is not worth it to me. And certainly not a rejected building permit application.

And look, there really are no tilted houses in the neighborhood. They are all arranged parallel to the property boundaries of the respective parcels, the street they belong to. There are at most deviations of 5°, and even then only with one or two houses in the other block.

Best regards

Such a "unusual" request can be discussed with the building authority in a short appointment. You don't have to prepare the complete documents for that. A hand sketch is enough along with a reasonable justification - e.g. the parking in and out problem. Everything nicely sketched and clearly presented. If that's your wish, I'd rather convince myself otherwise. It only takes a bit of time.
