I find the living area too cramped. The table is not big and there are supposed to be 5 people (plus guests) sitting at it? Is the kitchen supposed to be like it is drawn? It looks like you always have to squeeze past the table to get into the kitchen.

The entire living area or just the dining area? Regarding the dining area, I had written (admittedly hidden in a very long text) that I would make the peninsula narrower. Then I would also move the two rows closer together. In the plan that's about 145 cm, 120 cm is enough. So together you can still save 50-80 cm there. An alternative would be no peninsula at all but an L-shape and then place a bigger table. Or?

As the example furniture is drawn, there is hardly any way through, neither to the left nor to the right of the dining table. The question is, of course, which dimensions are drawn and what dimensions your furniture has. I recommend that you draw the entire living-dining-kitchen area to scale with your furniture. Unfortunately, I do not understand your kitchen changes, what does "narrower peninsula" mean? In any case, you should already plan the kitchen now so that there are no nasty surprises later.

What would bother me the most is that you actually need the separate dressing room and now supposedly can do without it. The bathroom is quite generous in relation to the rest, which you actually don’t need. Still, you stumble over the bathtub when you come in.
I find the 2m closet in the bedroom very small. Is that enough for you?

On the ground floor, the wardrobe projections make the room oppressively small. Should there really be closets going all the way up to the ceiling? If not, at least leave out the nose that faces the front door.
The shower bathroom is extremely cramped. Drying off probably resembles a snake dance.

The furniture in the living area is very tight as shown. I would wait for the changes you mentioned. As it is, it’s hardly possible to get through to the terrace doors. The dining table doesn’t even accommodate 5 chairs – simply no space.
Does the room feel tube-like? I would say yes. But the budget doesn’t allow for making it more open.

Overall, the house is bursting at the seams. Too many rooms in too small a space. With five people, it’s an endless shuffle past each other. But budget and floor area ratio are maxed out. What can you do?!

The question is also, how often is it showered there. I wouldn't want to sacrifice more square meters for a guest WC with shower.

With 5 people and 2 bathrooms? I’d guess "often".
