I had the same thought when I looked at the bedroom. We have 2.5m Pax up to the ceiling and 3 Malm dressers with 4 drawers and that fits quite well (there’s still a little space), less would be tight for me, but you could sort out a bit more. But much less definitely wouldn’t work!

A little pissed off? Just because you find it stupid doesn't mean everyone has to find it stupid. The storage problem without a basement exists with every floor plan, but if the walk-in insulated roof becomes too expensive, you just have to see what else is possible. There's definitely space for cabinets.

Where?
Only one of the children's rooms can boast a planned wall behind the door. In the other rooms, you run into a cabinet side.
This was all better here before. The bedroom used to have its 3 meters, now you can turn and twist the room furnishings as you like: it won't get any better.
In the entrance hallway, a proper wardrobe cabinet transforms the hallway into a 1.10-meter wide... uh, narrow hallway. That was better before too.
There isn't even an office where shelves or a cabinet could store boxes or cartons. If you need a pen, wrapping paper, and scissors, do you go to the outbuilding here?
Does the mentioned cabinet in the utility room have anything as content?

For daily life or essential items, storage space is needed:

Broom, mop with bucket, vacuum cleaner, handheld vacuum cleaner, window cleaner, dryer for wool/sports/hand wash, dirty laundry bins (some have three!), space for ironing board and basket with clean laundry, washing machine, dryer (stacking is possible), cleaning supplies, electrical kitchen appliances (fondue set, roaster, deep fryer, baking pans, clay pot, champagne cooler), canning jars, freezer or beverage cooler, shoe cleaning supplies, recycling bag, beverage bottles (crate of water, beer and juice), a few supplies like onions and potatoes, bags and sacks for shopping or gift wrapping, decorative stuff (2 boxes Christmas decorations, 1 box Easter, 1 box general decorations), wrapping paper, office folders, writing stuff, office supplies, heat lamp, medications, photo equipment, hobby stuff (badminton game, fishing rod and such stuff must stay outside), manual tools, drill, cordless drill, a few paint buckets, white paint, brushes and rollers, electrical stuff, light bulbs, batteries, vases, spare cutlery, picnic basket, small step ladder, 2-3 flower pots and plant fertilizer, empty bottles, dog food, cat litter box, 15 liters emergency water, sewing machine, fabric scraps, plant sprayers, suitcases, travel and sports bags, carpet and tile remnants, etc.

You can probably strike out 2-3 items, but very likely I also forgot some things.

And for table linen, bed linen, towels, sauna towels and beach towels as well as cushions, cupboards in meters of length are needed. Cushions simply cannot be stored in the unheated attic...

You mean because of your slight egomania? Well, it’s a bit annoying, but I can handle it, thanks. Still like you:

Bold claims. We don’t have a basement and you’d probably start crying if I told you our closet meters.

It's nice that the discourse continues here.
Everyone has their own subjective views.
We men are just more pragmatic in some things
Utility and sewage lines run under the slab, unless Utility objects oppose it, then around the house (short south side)
otherwise, the other floor plan must be used (hence 2 active threads)

Regarding storage space, I really like how insists on it (this is meant positively)

We currently live in a 90m² apartment, which also houses my office.
We probably get by with fewer things than average, but it has been enough for the last 8 years
and if the storage space alone doubles, that's great.

But let's do a basic inventory check:

Utility room
- Broom, mop with bucket, vacuum cleaner, handheld vacuum, window cleaner
- Dryer for wool/sports/hand wash --> and only in winter, otherwise outside in the fresh air
- Washing machine, dryer
- Dirty laundry basket (some have three!) --> each child can certainly have their own
- Ironing board
- Freezer
- Shoe cleaning supplies
- Wrapping paper

Bedroom
- Basket with clean laundry --> that gets put away promptly with us
- Infrared lamp
- Table linens, bed linens, sauna towels, and beach towels

Bathroom:
Medications
Towels

Kitchen
Cleaning supplies, electric kitchen appliances (fondue set, roaster, deep fryer, baking pans, clay pot, champagne cooler)
Yellow bag (recycling bag)
Beverage bottles (crate of water, beer, and juice)
A few supplies like onions and potatoes
Bags and sacks for shopping or gift wrapping
Empty containers

Attic
Decorative stuff (2 boxes Christmas decorations, 1 box Easter, 1 box general)
Suitcases, travel and sports bags (if unused for a long time)

Office / outbuilding
Office folders, writing stuff, office supplies
Photo equipment, hobby stuff (badminton game, fishing rod, and stuff like that must stay outside)
Manual tools, drill, cordless drill, a few paint cans, white paint, brushes and roller, electrical stuff, bulbs, batteries
Spare cutlery

Garden [shed]
Vases
2-3 flower pots and plant fertilizer
Cushions (go in a weatherproof chest)

Living room
Water sprayer for plants
Books

No longer needed
Dog food, cat litter box
Carpet and tile scraps, etc.
15 liters emergency water
Sewing machine, fabric scraps
Preserving jars
Beverage cooler, picnic basket, small step ladder

I think the OP is more scared than anything else of asking the main contractor and getting the answer "you don't necessarily have to stick to these exterior dimensions, same floor area = same price," and then all the effort of repeatedly filling the same exterior dimensions with fantabulous billions of constantly changing internal wall layouts was completely in vain. By the way, it’s *irony* getting "slowly" tiresome not to finally display the floor plans in two colors: instead of searching for errors pixel by pixel to spot the changes, it would also be possible to simply mark the sections of wall layouts changed compared to the previous version.
