Dishwasher fronts

Hello, the handle is mounted in the same place as on the cabinets. Otherwise, it would look odd. I don't quite understand the rest. When installing in a kitchen with 80 cm high fronts, RESONLIG is required. It comes with a drilling template.

If you find a way to install an 80 cm high continuous front without RESONLIG and the door can still be fully opened, please report here how you did it.

How is it actually solved with the de, Varioscharnier when the front consists of several parts? Doesn't the connecting rail of the individual fronts then get in the way? Are all accessory components actually available from Siemens/Bosch/Neff?

Hello, The Vario hinge is integrated into the dishwasher front. Four plastic pins are screwed onto the front (Ikea), which are recessed and fastened into the dishwasher front. There is a clearance of max. 1mm between the dishwasher front and the door. The mounting material (four holder screws) is included with the dishwasher. The installation of a front consisting of several individual parts is not possible. Unless the connecting rail for the front elements is milled into the individual front elements. An attached/ screwed-on connecting rail does not fit between the dishwasher and the front due to the small clearance.

It should also work if you use connecting rails and place something of the same thickness under the 4 holders. The best way would be to pin the fronts or have them pinned.

Okay...understood. Wouldn’t it then also be an alternative to attach the Vario hinge to the IKEA connectors? There were users here who have the Vario hinge and still have a split front. I would like to have 40/20/20 as the front.

Apart from that: Why are the dishwasher fronts no longer available on the IKEA website?
