Dishwasher fronts

The folding hinge will be of no use to you for the front. According to the dimensional drawings for the folding hinge, the upper half of the front must be 700 - 725 mm high and the lower half, which is attached to the folding hinge, must be 805 mm minus the height of the upper front.

Thanks for the tip about the folding hinges and the split fronts. I don’t want a split front.

So, meanwhile, my selection has narrowed down to the following devices with folding hinges, which are roughly in my price range (all the others I found are more expensive than what I’m willing to pay for a dishwasher):

Bosch SBE65N00EU 42 dB with vario
Bosch SBE63N20EU 44 dB with vario

Siemens SX76P030EU with vario 44 dB
Siemens SX76N057EU with vario 44 dB

Neff GX 661 (S72N65X4EU) with vario 44 dB

I find it hard to decide. Somehow, as a layman, I can’t recognize any major differences between these machines, except that the Bosch SBE65N00EU is a bit quieter than the others. We have an open-plan kitchen, so that might be an argument.

You can find (cautiously to be taken) opinions on almost all devices on the Internet, but with the huge number of different models of dishwashers, hardly any.

The front fits and for an open-plan kitchen I would definitely choose 42 dB.

In case it helps anyone here with their planning: I just installed a BSH dishwasher (adjustable height from 860-890mm) over the weekend with the Behjälplig hinge and I have to say it was a piece of cake. The only important thing is to align the distance of the dishwasher to the front edge of the adjacent cabinet exactly as described in the instructions and to firmly connect the strips to be screwed on with the dishwasher door using (quick) clamps (unintentionally, I didn’t mark or pre-drill, but screwed them on right away with the mounting screws supplied with the dishwasher (apparently self-drilling). Where you can screw in can be seen on the front side of the dishwasher door when you check where there are holes through which screws can be inserted (on my model 2 on the side and 1 on the top). What I would especially be interested in regarding Behjälplig:
Is it really practical?
I mean, the dishwasher door is opened and closed very frequently throughout the day.
Will it really hold up stably over years?
How about the weight of the front? With Behjälplig, a larger and therefore heavier front is attached to the dishwasher, which it was not originally designed for.
How does it look visually? When the dishwasher door is fully open, the front protrudes several centimeters in front of the dishwasher door. I can well imagine that dripping dishes when loading could possibly create moisture there, which then runs between the front and the dishwasher door when closing, right?

Since I also need a fully integrated dishwasher for my Metod kitchen and also want to install a device from the BSH group, I tend to choose an XXL device with a Vario hinge to avoid the above-mentioned problems altogether.
