Dishwasher fronts

Thank you for the experience report and the pictures. Additionally, I would like to mention once again that in the model, as seen in a picture, [BEHÄLPLIG] is fastened on one side with three screws each. However, there are models from Siemens/Bosch/Neff where the attachment of the front is done differently, so the installation manual should be checked before purchasing the dishwasher.

I bought the SX65M042EU. It was a decent compromise for me between price / zeolite drying / energy consumption. Super fast, super shine, super-whatever-I-don't-really-care - I don't care whether the machine runs for 3 hours or not. I don't have to sit there, and more than one machine a day rarely comes up even with our 3 children.

Yes, it is indeed a heavy front, but the door does not really fall down with a bang. I have also noticed that when the front was not yet attached to the dishwasher, the door did not stay down but wanted to slide back up by itself if you didn't hold it. Now everything opens without problems, stays down, and closes again when you shut it.

so the Siemens dishwasher SX76P030EU (with VARIO hinge) in combination with Ikea Metod 80cm front works without any problems.
NO adapters like Ikea Vaglig/Behjälplig are needed. The Vario hinge pushes the front upwards in a guide on the dishwasher door when opening.

I would like to buy according to this solution. Unfortunately, all machines with Vario are without cutlery drawer.

Does anyone have another model for me with cutlery drawer? Thanks
