You at least got something......Bodbyn in white can no longer be ordered online. In the stores, they say: the fronts are not available anywhere in Germany. - no idea, can't help, - you also can't pre-order them. The service does not respond to inquiries via the website. Not to a fax either. On Facebook I received the answer _ they were sorry that I was having difficulties...... In Denmark/Sweden it is possible to order online. But another user told me that there you then receive a delivery without the fronts, but with a very detailed explanation that there are problems which should be resolved with a new production facility by February 2015. Well, then at least you can assemble most of it already. But the service in Germany is really lousy and stupid.

This is a good idea!!!!!! I have now also first bought 2 cabinets with the cheapest fronts, as I otherwise would not have been able to continue with the renovation. - Super thanks! I am already glad that they are not discontinuing the series, because I already have some cabinets and now wanted to expand.

I expected that it would take months for Bodbyn ivory fronts, it was also stated in the furniture store that they were not available, then you told me at the time of ordering (end of August) that I could get them delivered in a week! And everything was actually there then. That is in Berlin. It seems to be different everywhere else.

Dear Ikea!
Thank you very much, now you have had us waiting for our fronts (Kroktorp) for weeks! Well, thanks a lot!! Now we have a kitchen without fronts because there are once again delivery problems!
You don’t even notify us, instead you just cancel the order!
We are constantly being strung along, delivery dates are postponed... What is this supposed to be?
If I buy a kitchen, I want to have it complete!
Expected date May 2015. What? I’m supposed to wait another 7 months for my fronts! Tell me, how do you imagine that? I’m fed up!!
Tomorrow I will dismantle your display kitchen and take it home if you can’t manage this!

Great service, really!!

We also have major problems with our kitchen order!
We ordered our new kitchen with Bodbyn fronts on 30.9. – the expected delivery date was 23.12.14! We urgently depend on the new kitchen and only ordered it because we were verbally assured that the delivery date would still be corrected by the end of October – as I have now found out, it was corrected – but backwards... we are now already at 29.12.14! The order is a central warehouse order and supposedly there is a list for all of Germany that is being processed step by step. Then I do not understand why some people have received their orders (which were placed later) and others have not!?
In our furniture store the delivery time is still given as 8 weeks, which I already find outrageous, since it is clearly longer!

How can a company like Ikea not get this under control after so many months? Completely incomprehensible to me!!
And the worst thing is that everyone just shrugs their shoulders – customer service is different!! And when I now read that it might still take until February or even May, I feel really sick...

Addendum on 19.12.14:
Today the kitchen (except for some missing parts, but still before Christmas) was supposed to be delivered AND installed. But the installation was unfortunately spontaneously canceled and Ikea did not consider themselves able to inform us about this at all! Now I have been waiting for 12 hours for a callback, which was promised to me several times on the hotline. A real indictment of Ikea’s customer service!!

Hello,

the same picture here: Kroktorp fronts neither available, nor orderable, nor orderable online!

perhaps, so they say, in February? Best to keep going to IKEA from time to time...

Therefore our new motto: Are you still waiting, or are you already living?
