Especially with this design:
You can replace the 2 levels of the Lewie man es easily with a 60 cm base cabinet and 4 drawers (20 cm front) from Ikea. Pull open the drawer and you can access the items and have an overview. Not open a door and fumble the Lewie man es drawer out.
Also, do some storage planning and determine what should practically (workflow) be stored there at all. Because pots will probably be stored rather under the cooktop.
By the way, in the Ikea overview I can't find a 128 cm cabinet with Lewie man es drawers, only with half carousels, which definitely do not use the entire space in the corner. Your drawing of the Lewie man es is actually very optimistic. I am referring to a post from the dead corners thread (I created the pictures myself).
-----------------------------
On Kesseböhmer's site there is a pretty good schematic drawing with exact measurements, in this case for a Lewie man es with 50 cm door. These are the 115 cm long parts in the Alno planner.
Both the 115 and 125 cm have the same interior, basically in a 100 cm corpus. This can also be taken from the Kesseböhmer table:

I have incorporated this in Alno top views and opposed a correspondingly wide drawer base cabinet each time.

It is not much different for half carousels, by the way.
------------------------
And there in your plan the 60 cm with 4 drawers as an alternative is really the better option if storage space is the argument. For ease of use it definitely is.
