Hello everyone, first I would like to point out that the installation of the Siemens SX76P030EU was possible without any problems. We chose the Blankett handles, which initially caused strong scratching. Our carpenter then beveled (sanded) the handle strip at the back. After that, I stuck the Tesa Repair Tape Extra Power over the edge, now everything works perfectly! In my opinion, sawing off the handle is not necessary! I even suspect that just covering it would have been enough; maybe fabric tape would even be better, but I wasn't quite sure because of the thickness!

if you mean the handle that is screwed on at the back.... no permanent solution.... then you need a dishwasher with touch....

When installing an XXL dishwasher with a Vario hinge (e.g. Bosch SBE63N20EU) into the Metod kitchen (80 cm front), does the plinth in front of the dishwasher need to be cut out a bit so that it is slightly lower? If yes, by how much? This is indicated in the dishwasher manual, but without measurements.

I did not have to modify the plinth at all when I installed my XXL dishwasher with Varioscharnier into the Metod kitchen.

Hello, I have flipped through all the pages and still have the problem like almost everyone: Ikea Metod kitchen Bosch XXL fully integrated dishwasher without Vario hinge Baseboard 7cm high Two-part front 40/40 How do I get the two front parts onto the dishwasher door and how can I prevent the door from hitting at the bottom? I am completely desperate and ask for help! Thanks in advance Trulla
