The models were not designed for installation in a METOD kitchen, but for tall installation without a recessed plinth. In this situation, Timelight cannot be seen, which is why there is only Infolight.

Normal kitchen manufacturers have tall cabinets with 78 cm, so no Vario hinge is needed when installing under the countertop.

when I search on Idealo for devices with a height of 86.5 cm with a vari hinge, more devices are found there than those listed here - for example, some from Siemens for well under 500 euros. Do they not fit for other reasons?

The model under 500 € is also listed above. The list does not claim to be complete and new models constantly come onto the market. On Idealo, the information is sometimes not correct. Before purchasing, you must carefully check whether all desired features are really present.

I also bought the Siemens SX76P030EU dishwasher with Vario hinge. Since I had the kitchen installed, the kitchen fitter now says that the front hits!!! Is there some kind of trick to this? It’s a complete 80 cm front. Maybe I just have to press down a bit more when the dishwasher is open and then the front moves forward? Maybe someone can help me. Thank you

Is it just meant or does it hit? According to the dimension sketch, fronts up to 80 cm should fit. Take a look at the installation manual (unfortunately, you cannot download it for Siemens, but it should be included with the device).
