just out of interest: such a prefabricated garage definitely needs a solid proper foundation, which is poured beforehand, right?! our neighbor suddenly had his prefabricated garage settle. but he can't drive it because there's a huge hole in front of the gate, where you can also see that there's just general construction debris under the garage and no foundation or anything like that. it seems a bit strange to me. i don't really care, it's two houses down. still find it odd that they just put the garage on recycling like that, without properly "flattening" and filling in the holes.
