Prefabricated garage as a second living room

hi sennor,

yes, of course you can attach a prefabricated garage to the residential building! no problem at all. furthermore, you can even set up a prefabricated garage like a second living room. you can plan windows, additional doors, electricity, and also heating. prefabricated garages are often installed to have a hobby room. there are no limits to the variety of ideas!

best regards,
yung

Hi!

That all sounds very convincing and plausible. Although I have planned a real garage, I like the idea of having a hobby room that way.

Best regards, sennor

What is cheaper then? So a prefabricated garage is certainly faster and more practical, but when you build it yourself you can decide everything yourself.

We have just noticed a problem with our prefabricated garage (2008). There are many hairline cracks on the side walls through which water runs onto the floor. Proper puddles are forming. We previously had a carport, which we could have kept as well!!!

What does that have to do with the original question? The same can happen to a self-built one. Sounds somehow like a faulty foundation....
