a brick garage with clinker simply looks completely different than such a cube with plaster on it. for that, some are willing to pay a bit more. those who use "only" plaster anyway can also take such a prefab cube.

I am completely new here and was also faced with the decision prefabricated garage vs. brick garage.
I contacted all common companies here in the Saarland area and with prefabricated garages I quickly realized that the whole thing is only "cheap" as long as you stick to the standard dimensions.
Every little change is charged expensively.
I am now having my 8x8 cube built with bricks.

We were also faced with the question: brick garage or prefabricated garage made of concrete or steel? Our garage is to be 9x6 m, as 1-2 American cars have to fit in there... We had an offer from Reekers for three concrete precast parts. Including everything, we were at about €18,000. Now we have decided on a steel garage and are just under €15,000 with a 5 m sectional door including motor and electrics, one door and one window... The outside will be plastered, as our house is also plastered.
