For me, the provider is a local construction company. Since I have received a similar offer from a second company in my region, I think that it could be a common price in "my area."

I am happy to share my provider with you if it makes sense. The region is south of Hannover.

So we were also offered prices around 16000, prefabricated garage + carport.

Does anyone know if it gets much more expensive if I want to make the garage accessible (as a balcony), is boundary construction still allowed then?

A terrace on a garage is no longer a garage and therefore cannot be approved within the scope of the usual permit, unless maybe the neighbor has the same right next door.

A prefabricated garage becomes more expensive if it has to bear higher loads. In addition, there is the fall protection, etc...

In Lower Saxony there is the company Hansebeton, which (as far as I can judge) can deliver a garage according to your wishes. An acquaintance bought a garage there and I think it looks great (also with clinker!).
