Hello,

Here are the current floor plans.
A few things still need to be changed:
1. Living room is too short, meaning the distance from the couch to the TV.
2. The hallway on the ground floor is too narrow to place cupboards, right? There should actually be a niche there, and the pantry should be smaller for that.
3. The kitchen is still missing the door to the carport.

Best regards,
Kai

The staircase looks extremely sporty in terms of its dimensions. If someone opens the door to the guest WC while another person is washing their hands, there is a collision. And one should consider whether the bedroom should be accessed better through the dressing room rather than having it trapped. Otherwise, it gives a rather tidy impression.

I think the storage room is too small to be truly useful; I would rather consider a carpenter solution, who would install a sliding door facing the hallway (or just leave it open) and place a wardrobe in front of it. For that, move the WC wall a bit towards the kitchen. The additional tall cabinets in the kitchen compensate for the seemingly lost storage space of the storage room.

And somehow I don't like the arrangement of the sink and stove. But not in my proposal either... hmm...

Oh, and... is the door to the carport really necessary?

The house is, in my opinion, now too small for a pantry. I would leave it out - you have a basement! You can also stack supplies there. Then put the wall cabinet for the wardrobe in the niche.

What would bother me is the thick wall to the right of the stairs on the ground floor. It is also load-bearing. Is it really necessary? If it is removed, the narrowness in the hallway disappears and you immediately feel liberated. For the small place, that can't be a problem, right?

I find the living area too narrow. 3.51m is very small, I had that in my old apartment and there was hardly any space between the sofa and the TV. In my opinion, there are better floor plans with L-shaped living areas that give the living area a bit more space.
