Otherwise, just contact the manufacturer directly, say you are very disappointed, will never buy Siemens again, let alone recommend it to anyone, etc.
Phew, 3-4 times on the weekend is often. Then it can hardly be argued away.
With the refrigerator, as long as the function is given, I see hardly any prospects of success.
No one simply replaces a €2,000 device just because it is slightly yellowed somewhere.
I once stumbled across an ad specifically for our dishwasher on social media and left a comment under it, after which the Siemens customer service contacted me directly via private message. Naively, I really hoped they would do something :D In any case, they asked me for a detailed description of the error etc. and I even sent them recordings of the loud noises. The response was then, "in this case please contact our factory customer service at..."
They also told me the same about the refrigerator, that the function is not impaired.
The crucial difference lies in who commissions the customer service, the customer themselves or their studio/supplier.
I addressed my first complaint to the kitchen studio and they referred me directly to the manufacturer..
Often people buy by brand or trend. Oh, I have Siemens, Oh I have Neff....
We always had Siemens devices in our previous 2 kitchens, from the regular series, and were satisfied as well. That’s why we thought that with the Studioline devices we probably couldn’t go wrong, after all, they should be of higher quality, right?
With the devices, we were convinced by the simple operation and the surfaces without control buttons and the new technologies. It’s nothing you absolutely need, but I think it’s great that our extractor hood switches on automatically as soon as we turn on the cooktop and turns off by itself after finishing cooking following a fan run-on.
As I said, nothing you need, but nice to have.
We have also experienced many failures of large household appliances and therefore negotiated a 5-year warranty for all kitchen appliances when buying the kitchen for the new house. So that at least for 5 years no extra costs arise for dying devices. How the process works in case of doubt is always a thing.
The 5-year warranty was a promotion from Siemens at the time of our kitchen purchase, so we still have a good 4 years to use the customer service :D ...
