Yes, I can try, but it was a video, I can try to extract a few still images. However, I might need to have it sent to me again. It was on WhatsApp, I of course didn't download it, and yesterday I changed my phone. The old messages were transferred via backup, but not the videos.

Got it done. Fortunately, it could be downloaded after all.
One photo is taken from the side onto the property - you can see how the neighbor solved it there.
The other is taken from the valley. There you can rather see how steep it goes down.
My brother-in-law said the photos don't even show how steep it is and he estimates about 20 meters of decline.

There are power cables visible?!

That would have to be very cheap. The additional costs are not insignificant and you can hardly make effective use of the 1500sqm. Not everyone likes having power cables overhead.

Is there a high voltage power line running there??? If yes, then you can cross it off either way. Those things make noise. A humming. Actually all overhead lines.

We also looked at a plot like that (listed as "leichte Hanglage" :rolleyes: ) The view would have been great, but from my perspective the costs were completely unpredictable. And that was even before last year's price rally. We are very glad that we stayed away from it.
