Concealing a defect in a legal transaction means deception, and in legal dealings, this is punishable by law. And yes...... many deceivers still roam free, but that by no means makes their actions legal.

But showing a defect and seeing and recognizing what consequences it has is something very few laypeople can do. With over 200 sqm of area to be renovated - with the high demands - it is wise to have an expert for old building renovation take a thorough look and also get permission to look behind a built-up wall at a critical spot.
