I don’t see it that way. I find it interesting to read considerations like those of K a t j a, as they are unfamiliar to me, but public discourse and election decisions are shaped by them. The vague feeling of being disadvantaged is widespread especially in the middle class. And it is increasing. I am rather angry about the many tax avoidance options from a certain high income level and tax gifts to high earners. I see the necessity to pay taxes for a stable, social system, but I get furious when profits are privatized and losses are socialized.

No, I don't think so. There are really interesting perspectives and advice in it. That it could have been condensed to 1-3 pages – whatever. But then it would also be only half as entertaining.

But they are relieved in the allowances. That is exactly what it is about in my opinion. I do not know the original intention of the allowances from back then. My assumption here was that they serve to prevent children from being forced to mortgage or sell their parents' house. Whether and to what extent that is fair or unfair was not my concern at all. It has simply "changed". To put it differently: whoever inherits a high-quality property in the city has to see to marketing it. And compared to before, that is many more people. In any case, they first have to put a chunk of money on the table if they want to keep it.

This is complied with by excluding owner-occupied properties. However, the legislator does not fully support the stockpiling of properties.

But he has done so until now. Just not to the same extent anymore. This will probably have a significant impact on tax revenues as well. In view of Corona and the many deceased, this additional tax revenue takes on a rather macabre undertone.
