No, it was about you writing that nowadays ordinary houses are almost as expensive as millionaire villas. And that is not true. Your problem is not a problem that affects the majority of the population or homeowners. It is a problem that will affect less than 10%. And there is simply no need for the state to make an adjustment. We do not relieve all residents of Germany to offset rising electricity prices either.

A TWO-family house. On the Elbe? Riverfront properties are expensive everywhere.

Somehow I end up being drawn back here again – because of this harsh ignorance of people who stubbornly insist they have a problem. What is going wrong in this brain. Inheriting a property and counting oneself among the poorest of the poor. Ignoring facts. Income from self-employed or employed work definitely should be taxed less than money for which one absolutely did nothing! Sorry, this attitude is a slap in the face for everyone who earns their money hard themselves. I stick to it: unreflected and disgusting

God, these are luxury problems... I'm really losing my faith here and can only shake my head. A big bag of sympathy for you and the inheritance....

I never claimed that we count among the poorest. Some people really spin stories. You can really be amazed.

Yes, sure, I already said that. We are here in the house-building forum – everyone here has luxury problems. For frailties or unruly puppies, there are other forums.

We will see about that. At least they are already talking about it.
